OOTD and Black Tied Giveaway

It's been a busy week but today I finally got around to taking an ootd and putting

together a little giveaway for you guys. I bought these jacquard print pants in primark

the last day and I love them!

I thought I would celebrate my 100 follower mark

by giving away something Irish. Black Tied is a boutique on ASOS Marketplace and

is run by an Irish girl called Laura. The Jewelry made is GORGEOUS.

has a slight obsession with it. 

I  decided to pick this cute sideways cross necklace because I 

kind of fell in love with it and definitely want to get my own.

Trend Report: Autumn Winter 2012

Ello :)

Sorry I have been MIA for the past week, I've been so busy with college 

finishing up projects. I went on a trend sourcing trip recently to find out this seasons

popular trends. ( for a college project of course)

So I thought I would share a bit of it with you guys.
I just did a quick round up of 4 of my favourite trends.
Bit of a disclaimer, I most definitely did not buy all of these clothes (unfortunately)
and all the photos were taking by me. (quite sneakily in the dressing rooms, awkward)

Oversized clothes are everywhere! mostly coats.
I Love love this trend. By far my favourite. If you guys don't
already know I LOVE winter.

Cape- Stella McCartney

Dress- MGSM


Next Is leather. Leather does come around every season but
this year it appeared on shoulders, sleeves, collars and pockets rather
then just all over leather.

Coat: Maje

Coat: Zara (love this, want this, need this)

Androgyny is also a trend that is quite repetitive in shops.

Clean, Slick garments almost like a suit were very popular

from designer to high street.

Leggings: Stella McCartney

  Coat: French Connection

Lastly Is the colour of this season, Ox Blood. I am a huge fan of this colour

and find is creeping ever so slightly into my wardrobe. 

It's such a deep autumn/winter colour and cant get enough of it.

Just in from a long day at college trying to prepare 

for my trip to Dublin tomorrow for a trend research 

project. I also might put a little bit of it on here

once it written up.

I got this blazer last week from H and M. 

I had been looking for one for ages but most of

them are severely overpriced and seeing as I am on 

student budget this one just had to do.

New Addition

As some of you guys might know River Island have a sale on at

the moment and due to my need of cheering up the last day I ventured there

and got this little dress.

It was the only one in the shop and luckily enough it was in my size.

I haven't styled it or anything but I thought I would show you what

it looks like on.

I kinda love it. These 'fit and flare' dresses are pretty much

the only type of dresses I wear so whenever I see one I like. I buy it.

I'm just about to sit down and do some college work.

I'm doing a trend report this time so I may or may not feature a bit of

it on here if you guys would like.

OOTD: Presentation Fail

So I had a presentation Yesterday to show a collection I designed and it

just went AWFUL. ugh. I haaaate making presentions. 

im so bad at them.

However though, I went to go cheer myself and went shopping.

I'll show the few bits sometime soon but thought I would

show you what I wore to my presentation first.
