OOTD: Breaking Things

I didn't get to post last week because when I finally got my days off work, my laptop broke. sad face.

It's fixed now BUT i'm busy working. Off the weekend though. yuss.

I thought that I would just quickly show you an outfit I had on last week. 

Sorry for the crappy lighting, we are having terrible weather. Constant rain and wind and no sun

so i'm stuck indoors.

I still haven't managed to sort out my tripod problem and my camera was being balanced on 

a banana for these photos. Worked surprisingly well I think.

I also have no make up on and my hair is just washed. I look ill. oops.

New In: Primark and Cotton Face Vintage

So, I FINALLY got my package from a vintage shop that is quite local to me,

after it being held hostage by the post office for a few days.

The Shop is called Cotton Face Vintage and has some gorgeous pieces

which you can get from their Facebook page here

It is run by Sinead Lally who will probably answer any

question you have on any piece you are interested in, Styling, Size.. etc.

I got two items and may have to do some minor alterations to make

them fit me perfect. #excited

I also ventured yet again into Primark and limited myself to buying just two things.

Also, I'm currently reading 50 shades of grey. eek. I actually didn't know what kind

of a book it was before I bought it. Got strange looks from the lady behind the counter.

However, I'm actually not enjoying it like ,at all. The plot is a bit daft and creepy but

I'm slightly hoping it will get a small bit better.I really do not know how it's a best seller, I just hope I never meet a man like Christian Grey.

I have been looking for one for AGES. However, I was 

recently contacted by a company called BlackDressHQ who 

sell lots and lots of perfect black dresses by numerous designers.

I decided to pick out a few of their pieces to show you guys 

that I am in love with and reeeaaaly want.

In other news, I'm currently patiently waiting for a small package from a local vintage shop

so a post will be up once I get it. It actually came yesterday BUT I missed the post man and he took

it away with him again. wah.

OOTN: Bust Knees and Lace

I headed out last night and  decided to wear my new shirt I got this week.

I paired it with this blue skater dress that I have had for AGES.

It's kind of plain so the lace shirt went quite well with it.

I had a good night last night BUT I somehow managed to fall off a high stool

and land on my two knees. I don't even know if my kneecap is still there. ouch.

I'm working a lot this coming week so I may not be able to get any posts up until Thursday or Friday 

but I will try :)

New In: Lace and Spikes

It's been kind of a busy week with work and stuff and being kinda sick

so I decided to make myself feel better by just buying stuff.

My shutterbug package came yesterday and inside was this uh-mazing lace shirt.

I love it. I also took a trip into Topshop the last day and gave in and bought the infamous spiked Vectras.

 These ones however are canvas as the leather ones have completely sold out everywhere.

My stud/spike addiction isn't getting any better and have to refrain myself from buying anything

with a slight resemblance of a stud! ahh. help.

I've been trying to take more outfit posts recently but my lack of tripod and willing photographers

is kind of stopping me. SO I think i'm going to just invest in a tripod. yay more shopping.

Here's what I wore last night going out.

I didn't actually manage to take any photos of me in it because I forgot my camera. sad face.

I've had these wedges for AGES but haven't really worn them that much, I don't know why because they 

are so comfy!

I also didn't do much with accessories and all I wore  was my long studded cross necklace

that I got recently which you can see here

As a lot of people probably already know, the most anticipated summer sale went live

online last week.

Myself along with thousands of other girls have probably never shopped so fast in our lives.

My Zara shopping bag was FULL. 

However, by being slightly indecisive about what I wanted to buy everything in 

my bag was sold out in just a couple of minutes.

women shoppers are crazy!

Even though I didn't get everything I wanted I did manage to get this bag

which I have kind of fallen in love with.

I have now a fully pledged addiction to Zara Bags.
